If your request cannot be filled, a staff member from the Interlibrary Loan Department will notify you.
The requested material may not be available for various reasons. Not all libraries in the OCLC network will lend their audio-visual materials, and therefore we may not be able to obtain the CD, VHS, or DVD that you want. Recently published books and released CDs and DVDs are typically not available through OCLC. If an item is not currently on the shelf, our ILL department will be notified and we will contact you. In this instance, we will recommend that you resubmit your OCLC request in several weeks.
