OCLC items are received by our Interlibrary Loan staff and processed. You will be notified when a requested item is received at your designated pickup location and is placed on the branch’s hold shelf.
A purple information band will be affixed to the front cover of your material, and the item will be sent to the branch in a plastic bag. We ask that you do not remove or discard the purple book band because this identifies the item as OCLC material. We also ask that you return the material in the plastic bag. This allows library staff to properly process the material when it is returned to the branch, and to make certain that the item is removed from your library account. OCLC items are returned to the Interlibrary Loan Department to be shipped back to the lending library system.
