All of the library’s meeting rooms are equipped with a sufficient number of chairs and tables. We guarantee at least three (3) tables in each room.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. Some branch meeting rooms are equipped with projectors, built-in sound systems, stage, and projection screens. Not all of the meeting rooms have the same equipment, nor do they have the same capacity. We cannot guarantee the functionality of any audiovisual equipment or microphones for any event.
We do not reserve laptop computers or any other tech gear. External groups are encouraged to bring their own equipment as backup. The library is not liable for damage or theft of any equipment, materials or personal belongings.

Your written confirmation notice guarantees the use of the Meeting Room space only. Please make certain that the room capacity will be sufficient to comfortably accommodate your organization’s members and audience. The Meeting Room department is not responsible for other areas in the branch. Please contact the Library Manager or Assistant Library Manager to make any special arrangements related to the facility or materials.
