If you get one of these Cloud Library error messages...

"We're sorry, we cannot complete your request. The activation workflow is not ready or not completed."

or

"Sorry there was a problem fulfilling your download request. The activation workflow is not ready or not completed."

Solution: Try to download a different Cloud Library e-book and see if the same error occurs. If you do not get the error,  return the troublesome title, then power off the device for 5 minutes, power it back on and borrow the title again.

If you get the same error with the other e-book as well, uninstall the Cloud Library app, power off the device for at least 5 minutes and reinstall the app. Then try to download the title again.
