To resolve this issue, try delivering the title from your Amazon account again using the steps below.
- Delete the title from any Kindles or Kindle apps you've sent it to already.
- Go to the Manage Your Content & Devices page on Amazon's website. You'll need to sign into your Amazon account, if you aren't already.
- Select the book from the Your Content tab.
- Send the Kindle Book to your device by selecting Deliver, choosing your device or app, and selecting Deliver again.
- You can also try selecting the Actions button, then selecting Download & transfer via USB (if you have a Kindle device that's compatible with USB transfers).
