To resolve this issue, try delivering the title from your Amazon account again using the steps below.

  1. Delete the title from any Kindles or Kindle apps you've sent it to already.
  2. Go to the Manage Your Content & Devices page on Amazon's website. You'll need to sign into your Amazon account, if you aren't already.
  3. Select the book from the Your Content tab.
  4. Send the Kindle Book to your device by selecting Deliver, choosing your device or app, and selecting Deliver again.
  5. You can also try selecting the Actions button, then selecting Download & transfer via USB (if you have a Kindle device that's compatible with USB transfers).
