Baltimore County Public Library does not offer literacy classes.

The Community College of Baltimore County is the main source of non-credit classes to learn basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. Adult Basic Education/ Essential Skills classes are held in several locations around Baltimore County. See for the list of classes, and how to sign up.
