Q. My hold request says "Pending". What does that mean?

You hold is now near the top of the hold queue and should be close to being captured for you. When the item is found in any of our branches, you will be notified that it can be picked up at the branch you requested. In your account, your “Pending” hold status will be changed to “Held” when it can be picked up.
