BCPL has audiobooks available through the Maryland Digital eLibrary Consortium (Overdrive) catalog in MP3 or OverDrive Listen formats, through Cloud Library. and the BCPL library catalog as well.  Always  log into your BCPL library account before searching the OverDrive catalog to find titles ordered for BCPL customers only.

Cloud Library (formerly 3M Cloud Library)

You can check out Cloud Library e-audiobook titles through the 3M catalog or by logging into your library account and searching the BCPL library catalog. 3M supports  iPad (Regular Size and Mini), iPod Touch, and iPhone. Please note that you must have the cloudLibrary app for for Apple/iOS devices to download and access 3M titles.  Please update the Cloud Library app to the latest version.

Offline listening is only available via the iOS apps.

OverDrive

iPod

You'll need the free OverDrive for Windows or Mac software on your computer to transfer MP3 audiobooks from a Mac or from a Windows computer to your iPod. iPad, iPhone, iPod touch

OverDrive has a free OverDrive for iOS app (http://overdrive.com/software/omc/) for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.  The app allows you to download both MP3 audiobooks (and EPUB e-books) directly to your Apple device. 

You can also borrow OverDrive Listen audiobooks and listen to them right in your browser. There are no downloads or software required.
