Can I get e-books or audiobooks if I'm not in the U.S.?

CloudLibrary works in many countries but not all. See YourCloudLibary.com to find which countries it works in. Once there, click on Select A Country. If your  country is not in the drop down list then does not work there. 

Libby should work in countries outside the USA, as long as you have an internet connection. You should be able to borrow and download e-books or audiobooks using Libby. But some countries block certain types of internet traffic, including library downloads. In these rare cases, the library and Libby/OverDrive do not have any control over those types of restrictions.

If you have a Kindle device and are using a U.S. Amazon account, you should be able to get Kindle books in Libby too. But only if you are using a U.S. Amazon account.

Make sure to set your device's date, time, and time zone to your current location. If your device settings don't match your location you might get an error using Libby.
