BCPL’s branch locations are offering curbside pickup. Customers who have reserved books—and have been notified that their holds are available for pickup—can head toward their branch of choice. No appointment is needed.
Curbside pickup hours are Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. through 3 p.m.. Cardholders can either drive up and park in designated spaces for curbside pick-up, or walk up to the table for service. NOTE: Arbutus and Perry Hall have drive through windows.
To How Place Holds on Library Materials
- You will need your library card or e-card number and library PIN.
- To place holds online, see directions here: https://bcpl.libanswers.com/faq/74813
- Or you can call your favorite branch and leave a voicemail with your name, your library card number and the titles you want placed on hold.
How will you know when your items are ready for pick up?
- Customers are notified by text, email, or automated phone call when items are available for pickup. The notification method is determined by the preferences set in your account.
