If you are locked out of your Hoopla account (can't log in) and need to change your email address, reset your password, or update your library card number, follow the steps below.

Get Your Email Address Updated:
If you no longer have access to the email you set up your account with, send an email to > feedback@hoopladigital.com <. Be sure to include your library card number, your name, your new email address, and the name of your library system.

Get Your Library Card Number Updated:
If you got a new (replacement) library card after you created your Hoopla account, you won't be able to reset your password until your card number is updated. But your card number will need to be updated by Hoopla Support. Use the this Email a Question link to contact the library and we will contact Hoopla Support for you. Or you can email Hoopla Support directly at > feedback@hoopladigital.com <. Be sure to include your new card number, your name, and the name of your library system.

Reset Your Hoopla Password:
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it but you must have access to the email address you used to create your Hoopla account. If you have access to that email, go to Hoopla.com, preferably on a computer/laptop with a web browser. If you see the Login button in the top right corner of your screen, select it, and you will land on the Hoopla login screen. Use the "Forgot password?" link on that screen and you will be emailed a link to reset your Hoopla password. If the Login button is not visible then you need to log out of Hoopla. Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner of your screen. Select the Account tab then select the Log Out button. Close all your browser windows then clear your web browser's cache or use a different web browser for these next steps. Go to Hoopla.com and select the Login button in the top right corner of your screen. You should land on the Hoopla login screen. Use the "Forgot password?" link on that screen and you will be emailed a link to reset your Hoopla password. Once you get your password reset then you should be able to install the Hoopla app on other devices.

If that doesn't work then send an email to > feedback@hoopladigital.com <. Be sure to include your library card number, your name, your email address, and the name of your library system.
