If that doesn't work, email us using the Support Form. Be sure to include your card number, device type and the titles of any missing holds and/or loans. We will get back to you as soon as possible. NOTE:Do not delete the app unless you don't mind loosing any current holds or loans and your reading and listening history for any library cards you have in Libby. If you don't mind loosing those, then deleting the app is the faster way to go.
