  1. Have a library staff member verify your card number is good and that your account is in good standing, has no blocks, etc.
  2. Follow the steps at this link to Remove your card.
  3. Fully power off your device for at least 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add your card back in Libby.
  5. If that doesn't work, email us using the Support Form. Be sure to include your card number, device type and the titles of any missing holds and/or loans. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
    NOTE: Do not delete the app unless you don't mind loosing any current holds or loans and your reading and listening history for any library cards you have in Libby. If you don't mind loosing those, then deleting the app is the faster way to go.
