  1. Close all open apps.
    • On Apple devices do this by swiping up from the bottom of the screen then swiping all apps up and off the screen.
    • For Androids, press the home button or task button and swipe all apps up and off the screen.
  2. Check and test your Wi-Fi connection.
  3. Uninstall the app, power off the device for at least 1 minute, power back on and then reinstall the app.
  4. Log in then tap My Books and try again to get the books downloaded.
