First, uninstall the cloudLibrary application from your device. Then, power off the device completely for at least a minute or two. Next, power back on your device. Now, reinstall the cloudLibrary app.
If you continue to get the same error please use this link to fill out our Support email form and be sure to include the following information:
- What kind of device are you using? iPad Mini? iPad Air? Android tablet? Windows laptop, desktop computer or tablet? Mac computer?
- What is the version number of the operating system (OS) running your device? This can usually be found in your device's Settings.
- What version number of the cloudLibrary app do you have? This can be found by tapping the Account icon then tap "About" and look for the version numbers.
- What is the name of the title you are trying to download when this happens and/or when you get an error message?
