To resolve this issue, try delivering the title from your Amazon account again using the steps below.
- Delete the title from any Kindles or Kindle apps you've sent it to already.
- Go to the Manage Your Content & Devices page on Amazon's website. If you are not already signed into your Amazon account you will be prompted to sign in.
- Select the book from the Your Content tab.
- Send the Kindle Book to your device by selecting the Actions button.
- Choose which device or app to deliver it to.
- Or you can try selecting the Actions button, then select Download & transfer via USB (if you have a Kindle device that's compatible with USB transfers).
