To resolve this issue, try delivering the title from your Amazon account again using the steps below.

  1. Delete the title from any Kindles or Kindle apps you've sent it to already.
  2. Go to the Manage Your Content & Devices page on Amazon's website. If you are not already signed into your Amazon account you will be prompted to sign in.
  3. Select the book from the Your Content tab.
  4. Send the Kindle Book to your device by selecting the Actions button. 
  5. Choose which device or app to deliver it to.
  6. Or you can try selecting the Actions button, then select Download & transfer via USB (if you have a Kindle device that's compatible with USB transfers).
