Both password and library card (barcode) number are needed to log into your library account. If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it.

Go to www.bcpl.info

Select the Account tab.

Select the Log in button, which takes you to the account login page.

Select the Forgot your password? link below the password field.

Enter your account number (aka barcode or e-card number) and submit.

You should see the following message, “A password reset link has been sent to the e-mail address(es) we have on file. The message should arrive in your mailbox shortly, but could take 30 minutes or more to arrive.”

Close that tab or window and check your email.

Click on the link in the email to reset your password.

The link expires 60 minutes after it was sent. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you don’t see the email within 30 minutes.
