There are two ways to access CloudLibrary books on a PC. You can read or listen to books in a web browser or you can download e-books using the free application, Adobe Digital Editions for Windows. If you have a Kobo or NOOK e-Reader, you will need to use Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) to download then transfer e-books to the e-Reader. See CloudLibrary's help site for directions to install and use ADE.

The fastest way to get started is by reading or listening in your web browser.

Go to BCPL's CloudLibrary website and login with your library card number and library PIN/password. Note: Library account usernames will not work with the CloudLibrary website.

Select a book and borrow it, then click Read. To find your books later, go to My Books in the upper right of screen.

If you have an eReader or do not like reading in a web browser, install Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)

Go to the Your CloudLibrary site, and follow the directions there to help you get ADE installed.

Expiring Loans, Loan and Hold Limits and Renewing...

Titles expire and become unreadable on your device after the loan period (21 days).

You can check out up to ten titles simultaneously and can place holds on up to ten titles at a time.

If no holds are pending on a title, a Renew button will appear under the title 3 days before the loan expires.

You can return eBooks before the due date by clicking on My Books > 3 dots icon (next to the Read button) > Return. This is useful if you have reached the six item limit so that you can check out additional titles.
