Try the following steps. 

  1. Uninstall the cloudLibrary app.
  2. Restart or power off/power on the device
  3. Reinstall CL app

For some reason, simply deleting and reinstalling the app does not solve the issue without completing step 2.  If the problem persists, report the issue using the library's Downloadable Support Request Form, available from BCPL's website, under the Help tab > Contact Us > Request Support for Downloadable Materials.
