In order to use the Ancestry database on your laptop or another mobile device, you must be in a BCPL branch and need to log onto BCPL's Wi-Fi network. You can also access it by signing up to use one of the branch's public computers. To log onto BCPL's Wi-Fi, go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device and connect to "BCPL-Guest".
