To get a Certificate of Completion in LinkedIn, follow the steps below:
- Have your BCPL card number and PIN handy.
- Go to BCPL's Research Databases page.
- Scroll down the list and select 'LinkedIn Learning'.
- Log into LinkedIn with your library card number and library PIN.
- Once you've logged in, go the the 'My Learning' tab > 'Learning History'.
- Completed courses should indicate "Completed" with a completion date and should have an ellipsis icon (...) next to them, as shown below.

- Select the ... ellipsis icon, then select 'Download Certificate'.
- Or see this LinkedIn Help page about Certificates and how to get them.
- Unfortunately, library customers cannot add their name to certificates from LinkedIn Learning when using library-provided access because LinkedIn does not capture any personally identifiable information (your name, in this case) at login.
