If you get this CloudLibrary error message,  "An Error Has Occurred. There was an issue registering your device for reading. If you restored your device from a backup, you will need to reset your device. Press the reset button and attempt to read your book again."

Follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. Logout from the CloudLibrary app by tapping on Account and then scroll down to tap the logout button.
  2. Uninstall the CL app.
  3. Next, power off your device fully and wait at least 2-3 minutes.
  4. Power back on and reinstall the CL app.
  5. Finally log back into the app and try again.
