If you get this CloudLibrary error message, "An Error Has Occurred. There was an issue registering your device for reading. If you restored your device from a backup, you will need to reset your device. Press the reset button and attempt to read your book again."
Follow these steps to resolve it:
- Logout from the CloudLibrary app by tapping on Account and then scroll down to tap the logout button.
- Uninstall the CL app.
- Next, power off your device fully and wait at least 2-3 minutes.
- Power back on and reinstall the CL app.
- Finally log back into the app and try again.
