If you do not have a Kanopy account yet, first go to BCPL’s Kanopy website to create one. You will need your library card number and library PIN/password to do this. Select the “Add a Library Card” button or click “Log In” then select “Don’t have an account yet? Get started.”
After you create your Kanopy account as described above, if you want to use Kanopy on a mobile device, search your app store for “Kanopy”, install the mobile app and log in using the same library card number and PIN/password.
To find educational and instructional videos:
If using the Kanopy website, after you log in, select the Browse button and a menu will drop down. Select “Instructional Films and Lessons” or search for any subject or topic. You may also click on the Browse button and a large list of subjects will appear. If The Great Courses are of interest to you, enter Great Courses in the search field.
If using the mobile app, use the Browse icon to see a list of Subjects or use the Search icon to enter subjects or terms such as Great Courses. The icons are along the bottom of the screen in the app.
