Q. How do I find the Value Line database?

To access Value Line, you will need to have your library card number and library PIN/password handy to log in. 

Go to BCPL's home page, look under the Books and More tab and select Research Databases. Or access the Research Databases page here. 

Next, scroll down the alphabetical list and click on the database title you want. To shorten the list you have to scroll through or to see the other business and investing databases, select the Subject filter on the left (under Database Categories). Next select Business and Investing. 

After selecting the database, you will be prompted to enter your BCPL library card number and your library PIN/password. Be sure to enter your card number without any spaces between the numbers. Once you log into your library account, you should be passed through to the Value Line database. 

Important Note: There are some parts of ValueLine that are not included in the library's subscription. For instance, about half the Quick Links, located on the Dashboard, are not part of the library's subscription. If you access something the library doesn't subscribe to, you will see a message that states, "This product is not part of your subscription" or "This online subscription is not included in your account".
