When customers use the Forgot your password? link on the library account login screen they will get this error, "You must be in the library to use this resource". However, if we have their correct email address in Polaris, they will still get an email to reset their password despite the error message. The same error is displayed when trying to email anyone a Saved list of titles from within the PAC. Polaris is aware of this issue. Date: 5/25/23
