THIS ERROR HAS BEEN RESOLVED. If you do not get the password reset email then the library does not have your correct email address. 

When customers use the Forgot your password? link on the library account login screen they will get this error, "You must be in the library to use this resource". But if their correct email address is in their library account (Polaris), they will still get an email to reset their password despite the error message. The same error is displayed when trying to email anyone a Saved list of titles from within the Polaris PAC. The next Polaris upgrade should correct the issue. Date: 5/25/23
