Open Libby and select the Menu icon 
which is located in the middle, along the bottom row of icons.
You have 3 choices for the type of notice you want (Email, Menu Badge and Ignore) and you must select one for each category, which includes Loan Expiring, Hold Ready, Notify Me, etc. If you select "Ignore" then you get no notice for that category. If you select "Menu badge" then you get an in the app "push notice" aka a "menu badge". If you select "Email Notice" you will get an email notice.
Scroll all the way down this screen to see and select a notice type for all the categories.
If you want to get any email notices, scroll to the end of that screen and add or change your email address there.
