Q. What's wrong with hoopla on FireTV?

The Hoopla app works on FireTV 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation devices running 6.0 OS or higher. Fire TV Cube is not supported. 

To link your hoopla account with your Fire TV app:
1. Install the hoopla app on your Fire TV, then select it from your apps.
2. The app will open on the welcome screen. If you already have a hoopla account, then select Login.
3. If you need a hoopla account, select "click here to get started". Select your library system, then follow the prompts to enter your library card number, library PIN, email and create a hoopla password. Once you are signed up for a hoopla account, click to go to the next page.
3. At the top of the next screen a 4-digit code is displayed. On another device, log into hoopla using a mobile or desktop browser. Then visit go to  https://www.hoopladigital.com/link.

Access the Settings page of your hoopla app and the section labeled “Link TV Device.”
4. Enter the 4-digit code from your TV screen and in a few seconds you are up and running on the hoopla Fire TV app. 

Customers having trouble should clear the cache on the Fire stick, then delete the hoopla app and reinstall it. If the problem persists, send the Fire TV model number and a brief description of the trouble to the following hoopla email address: feedback@hoopladigital.com
