Verify your library card is valid by logging into your library account here or contact the library and ask them to check your account. You will need to know your library pin/password to log into your library account.
Follow the steps at this link to Remove your card from Libby.
Fully power off your device for at least 2-3 minutes then power back on.
Add your card back in Libby. You should NOT be asked for a pin or password to add your card (log into) Libby when logging in with BCPL as your library system.
NOTE: Do not delete the app unless you don't mind loosing all current holds or loans and your reading history for all library cards you have in Libby. If you don't mind loosing those, then deleting the app and reinstalling it is the faster way to go.
