BCPL provides access to Peterson's Test and Career Prep, an online resource which includes preparation and practice tests for GED, SAT and GRE plus many more.
To access it, you will need to have your card number handy and follow the steps below.
- Go to BCPL's Research Databases.
- In the left menu panel, click to place a checkmark in the box next to 'Test Prep and Education'.
- Scroll down and click the Submit button (also in the left menu, at the bottom of that panel).
- Scroll down and select Peterson's Test and Career Prep.
- You will be prompted to log into your library account.
- In order to save your progress you need to create an account (email and password) with Peterson's.
- Click the Log in or Sign up button then click the Sign Up Now button.
- Enter your name, email address and create a password.
- Once logged in, click on Search and enter the test you want. For example, SAT.
- Or click the Browse Menu button (upper left corner of screen).
- Then click through the menus until you find the test you want.
