First try reverify your card using the steps below. 

  1. Open the Libby app and use the directions at the following link to remove all library cards.  
  2. Close the Libby app, then close all your other open apps.
  3. Check your device's operating system for updates and install if found. For iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch this is under Settings > General > Software update. The most recent version is iOS 18.2.  
  4. If you had no updates to install, power off your device and wait for at least a minute or two.
  5. Power back on and reopen Libby then add your library card(s) back into Libby.

I'm not getting notifications for Libby

To find and set Libby notifications, open Libby and select the Menu icon  located in the middle of the bottom row of icons.

You have 3 choices for the type of notice you want (Email, Menu Badge and Ignore). 

You must select one for each category, including Loan Expiring, Hold Ready, Notify Me, etc. If you select "Ignore" then you get no notice for that category.

If you select "Menu badge" then you get an in the app "push notice" aka a "menu badge". If you select "Email Notice" you will get an email notice.  

Scroll all the way down this screen to see and select a notice type for all the categories. 

If you want to get any email notices, scroll to the end of that screen and add or change your email address there.
