Go to BCPL's Get a Library Card page
Under the E-card section, click the "register online" link.
Follow the prompts to enter your information.
At the end of the process, you should see a screen like the one shown below. Your e-card account number will be displayed on that screen. VERY IMPORTANT, do not click "here" (the link to log into your account) until you write down the e-card account number. The number will start with the letters PACREG.

The library doesn't email you that number and we do not mail you a card. There is no way for you to find or recover the full card number without the help of library staff so be sure to record the number before clicking "here" on the screen that looks like the one shown above.
