Q. How do I get help with my library account/card?

A BCPL library account was created automatically when you registered for a Baltimore County Public library card.

You can access your BCPL library account online by clicking on the My Account area (https://catalog.bcpl.lib.md.us/polaris/logon.aspx) at the top of any BCPL web page under the BCPL logo banner. Click on the Login/Register link. Enter your account using your library card number (barcode) without spaces or the username you created and your password.
