If you activate too many devices or delete and re-install the app too many times, you may see the error message above. The maximum number of devices activated is six. 

To resolve this problem, please complete CloudLibrary's online Adobe Activation Reset Request form. You will need to include your library card number (barcode) on this form.

Your device activation should be reset within 48 business hours of your request.
