Please try the following steps:

  1. Check in the ebook giving this error message.
  2. Power off the device for one minute and then power it back on.
  3. Open the Cloud Library app and try to check the ebook out again.
  4. If there is a hold list for the title(s) you want, place a request and email us your library card number and the title(s).
