The Randallstown Branch will be closed beginning on Monday, January 30 for several months due to major renovation. No book drop will be available and meeting room bookings during this period are not available. Starting Friday, February 3, the BCPL bookmobile will be at the parking lot of the shopping center where the branch is located each Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Learn more about the branch's renovation and availability of services to customers.

Loch Raven Library pedestrian bridge which connects the Loch Raven Library & the Health Center to the parking lot  remains closed to all foot traffic. A book drop is not available. Returns are accepted at all other BCPL branches.

Customers of both the Library and the Health Center must enter the building via the rear/east side entrance. Customers may park in the main parking lot, then walk up the Taylor Avenue sidewalk, to  the driveway for the rear or east side of the building. This is the ony accessible entrance to the building; and there are a limited number of  parking spaces for people with disabilities on this side.

Meeting room access is from inside the library by stairs only.

For convenience and safety, customers with small children or children in strollers, and customers with mobility issues may wish to visit one of our surrounding library branches Both the Towson and Parkville - Carney branches are nearby..
