The BCPL app for iPad is broken and we are working on a fix. The app for iPhone and other devices should be working fine now. Until we can update the app for iPad, the mobile catalog and the regular (full) catalog  are working and you should be able to use those instead. The full catalog is now responsive so it should resize itself for your mobile device.  Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your patience.
