If you are having trouble logging into the cloudLibrary after the recent update, which prompted users to delete the app and reinstall it, please try the steps below.
- Confirm you are using the correct card number and password by logging into your library account.
- Go to BCPL's Library Account Log In page and enter your library card number and password.
- If you are able to log into your library account then skip to step number 2.
- If you cannot log into your library account, then reset your library password using this Forgot your password? link. It's the same link that/s on the Library Account Log In page.
- Password rules are:
- Minimum of 4 characters long.
- Maximum of 16 characters.
- Can include any combination of capital letters, lowercase letters, or numbers.
- Cannot contain any special keyboard characters or spaces.
- Now try to log into the CloudLibrary app with your card number and your new password/pin.
- If you still can't log into the cloudLibrary app, delete the app once more from your device.
- Power off that device and wait at least 2 full minutes.
- Power back on and reinstall the CloudLibrary app from your App store.
- Open the app and log in with your library card number and pin/password.
If that does not solve the trouble, fill out BCPL's Support Request form and someone from the library will contact you as soon as possible.
