BCPL offers an online language-learning database called Mango Languages that has an English language course as well as courses for learning other languages. Baltimore County’s Workforce Development Division (http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/jobtraining/jobseeker.html) has three centers in the county that offer services, including include English for Speakers of Other Languages classes, to job seekers that qualify.
